After a fabulous month spent in Italy these School Holiday Classes are dedicated to preparing amazing Italian Cuisine. With fresh Pasta Making, Arancini and Italian Doughnuts the kids will learn to prepare dough, roll out properly on a pasta machine and cut their shapes. We will be utilising cooktops for preparing fillings and learning to read and follow recipes correctly with accurate weighing and measuring.
Italian Doughnuts will involve some getting your hands dirty and then piping delicious fillings inside the doughnuts.
A full day of immersion in this International Holiday class.
Please book now to avoid disappointment. Classes will be a little smaller than usual as pasta requires room to roll out. For this reason there will be 3 age groups this Term.

Wednesday 17th July ages 10-15years OPEN – TAKING BOOKINGS
Thursday 18th July ages 6-9 years OPEN – TAKING BOOKINGS
$125 per child
Classes start 8.45am-2.30pm each day.
Everything is included: recipes, equipment, utensils, food for the day including any leftovers to take home plus professional tuition.
